Here's what we notice see first.
The exhaustion isn't from doing too little. It's from holding too much, quietly, for too long.
Does this sound familiar?
Exhausted from the constant worry?
Lying awake at night replaying conversations?
Relationships feel strained, and you barely recognize yourself?
What actually shifts
Not a mood boost. A different baseline.
Breaking the Cycle of Overthinking
The 2 a.m. replay of a conversation from three years ago starts losing its grip. You catch the spiral earlier, and it passes faster.
Arguments that end somewhere
You and the people close to you stop circling the same fight. Conflict starts to resolve instead of just repeat.
Decisions that feel like yours
Less checking your gut against everyone else’s opinion first. More trusting the first honest answer you gave yourself.
A body that isn't bracing
The jaw unclenches. Sleep comes easier. Stress still shows up, but it doesn’t move in and redecorate.
Two Paths to Healing
Most people start with one. Some end up using two.
Coverage that doesn't require a fight
In-network with the plans most people already have.
What we actually see, week to week
If your situation isn't on this list, ask anyway. It probably still fits.
Unmind Health supports those who keep going.

Questions people ask before they book
If yours isn't here, ask it on the consult call.
Q1: How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re already asking, that’s usually answer enough. You don’t need a crisis to justify starting, and you don’t need to have the problem defined before your first session.
Q2: How long is each session?
50 to 60 minutes, depending on the service.
Q3: How much does it cost?
$150 to $275 per session depending on the therapist and service, before insurance. Full breakdown, including how superbills work, is on our fees and insurance page.
Q4: Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, with the same therapists who see clients in person. Most clients mix both depending on the week.
Q5: What's your therapeutic approach?
Whichever combination of CBT, EMDR, or attachment-based work actually fits what you’re dealing with. We don’t run one program and fit everyone into it.
