Our commitment to you
Most people pick a therapist based on who has a slot free on Thursday. That is the part we do differently. We match you on purpose, based on what you are carrying and who you are likely to actually open up to. If the fit is wrong after a few sessions, say so. We move you, and you will not have to tell your whole story again from the beginning.
Our vision
A city where getting help is measured in days, not months. Where the cost is said out loud on the first call instead of arriving as a surprise. Where a good therapist is someone you can reach in the week you need one, in the room or on a screen, and not a name on a waitlist you gave up on.
Our mission
To do fewer things and do them properly. Evidence based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and the relationships that come apart under all three, delivered by licensed clinicians who stay with you long enough to see the change hold. No packages. No program you get fitted into whether it suits you or not.
Why choose Unmind Health
Therapists who actually specialise
Anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, postpartum. These are not side interests here. You get someone who works with your thing every week, not someone reading up on it the night before.
Coverage without a fight
In network with most major plans. You will know what you owe before the first session, not after the third one.
Change you can point to
Sleeping through the night. An argument that ends somewhere. We pay attention to the ordinary things, because those are the ones that tell the truth about whether therapy is working.
Online when the week gets in the way
Same therapist, secure HIPAA compliant platform, no crosstown trip. Most clients mix in person and online depending on what the week looks like.
What progress actually looks like
Outcomes we track
We use standard clinical measures at intake and as we go, so progress is not something anyone has to guess at. Most clients notice real movement inside eight to twelve weeks.
Clients who send people they love
The clearest signal in this work is someone finishing therapy and then referring their sister, their partner, their closest friend. That is most of how this practice has grown.
Confidential, without exception
HIPAA compliant records and platforms, a private office, and clinicians who understand that what is said in the room stays in the room. That is the whole basis of the thing.
